The BCS Consumer Code of Practice is a set of mandatory guidelines to the consumer to reassure them of the quality of workmanship and high levels of customer service and trustworthiness that they can expect from the network.
Bosch Car Service offers you comprehensive support in all key areas of your business, including individual consulting on business processes, our quality programme and customer loyalty support.
Bosch Car Service offers you and your team extensive training opportunities, with a wide range of topics and programmes: e.g. the Bosch Diagnostic Technician Programme, ‘How to’ courses and seminars on latest technologies.
To ensure maximum exposure for its members, the Bosch Car Service concept provides a wealth of marketing support material which can be used within the workshop environment and to promote the business to potential new customers.
As a member of the BCS network, you are provided with access to a wide range of support and expertise: e.g. the Bosch Technical Support and the knowledge database.
Requirements for becoming a Bosch Car Service
Representing the Bosch Car Service brand in the marketplace is a major responsibility, and we want to be sure that together we get it right. To enable us to drive the network forward positively, we ask that workshops adhere to a set of criteria.
Clean, tidy & customer-friendly waiting area with seating. Refreshments available, current reading material and dedicated customer WC are available.
Adequate, well maintained customer parking available as well as the possibility to have vehicles secured overnight.
Use of Bosch equipment such as our ECU diagnosis and ESI[tronic] diagnotic software. In addition to that: access to technical information to support all makes servicing and repairs.
Full service for the customers for all makes and models. Minimum two workshop workplaces are available and two full time technicians are employed.
Branding and Identity
Commitment to the Bosch Car Service brand, quality and service standards. Actively supports its image.
Professional in appearance with designated working and customer areas.
