FSA 740 and BEA 950 Upgrades

Bosch FSA 48 Volt

Test 12-volt and 48-volt systems with a single device

Bosch has technically upgraded the vehicle system analysis for the FSA 720 and FSA 740 to accommodate the increasing use of 48-volt onboard systems in modern passenger cars. The result is a measurement system that includes routine testing of both 48-volt vehicle onboard systems and components, as well as 12-volt onboard systems — all within a single device. In the coming years, more manufacturers will equip vehicles with 48-volt systems, primarily used for recuperation. This is why 48-volt measurement functions are becoming increasingly important for service centers.

FSA 740 Trolley Application

Special measurement technology and routine testing

In addition to the voltage reduction system for measurements, the device is equipped with highly insulated measurement adapters, clamps, and sensors. The software provides special integrated test instructions for 48-volt systems. The FSA 7 series complies with the latest EN 61010 technical standards, ensuring safe operation on electrical systems. 48-volt onboard

Older versions of the FSA can be upgraded through software updates, adapters, and compatible measurement accessories.

New diagnostic trolley for FSA and BEA

Sturdy trolley with a new design

In addition to the technically improved FSA 7 series vehicle system analysis, service centers also benefit from numerous upgrades to the new trolley design. Bosch has developed an enhanced trolley tailored to the specific operational needs of the market. It is not only used for FSA vehicle system analysis but also for the BEA 950 emission tester and diagnostic trolleys. The new trolley model differs from its predecessor with a dark gray color. Since daily life in service centers can sometimes be challenging, Bosch has made the new trolley exceptionally robust.

BEA 950 Emissions Testing

Easy to store as files and easier to remember

Service centers are often busy, so technicians always need to know where everything is. All equipment and accessories have designated spots on the trolley as before. The practical storage space offers plenty of room for documents and more. Functional, organized, and ready for use.

The new feature is a 24-inch screen, larger than the previous model. While the technician sits inside the vehicle during emissions testing, it is important that the information on the screen remains easy to read even from a distance.

Emissions testing with the new BEA 950

New printer for enhanced performance

Instead of the previous inkjet printer, the new trolley is now equipped with a color A4 laser printer. This upgrade speeds up printing, delivers higher-quality prints, and requires less cleaning. Technicians can print results faster, work more efficiently, and complete tasks in less time.

New trolley for FSA and BEA

Still needs to be proven

The BEA 950 and FSA 740 are well-known and popular for practical use. Previously, the trolleys were equipped with holders for hoses and cables to allow them to be wound up after use and stored safely. The KTS diagnostic tester also has a holder on the side of the trolley. The FSA 740 and BEA 950 can be flexibly upgraded with products. other Bosch

Bosch is supplying new trolleys to dealers with immediate effect.
