Bosch Car Service Launches Flagship Facility in the Philippines

Philippines– ACMobility, the master franchisor of Bosch Car Service (BCS) in the Philippines, inaugurated last 5 September 2024 its flagship service center in the country headquartered in Bacoor, Cavite. This milestone marks the beginning of BCS’s expansion plans in the Philippines, with an initial target of 20 branches within the first year of its operations and a total of 84 branches by 2030.
Facility and Service Offerings
Spanning a 1,145-square-meter lot, Bosch Car Service Bacoor features seven dedicated work bays with vehicle lifters capable of handling up to four tons, ensuring efficient service delivery. The workshop is equipped with advanced tools, including a 3D-computerized laser wheel alignment machine, tire changer, computerized wheel balancer, and Bosch diagnostic equipment.

True to Bosch’s 5-Star Advantage, the flagship facility provides comprehensive bumper-to-bumper services, including advanced diagnostics, preventive maintenance for gasoline and diesel engines, suspension and steering repairs, climate control, engine cooling, transmission services, tire services, and Bosch accessories upgrades.
Master Franchise Agreement
The historic venture between Bosch and ACMobility, the mobility arm of the Ayala Group of Companies, was officially announced last October 2023. As the master franchisor of BCS, ACMobility operates the franchise following the global framework and standards established by Bosch. With ACMobility expanding the BCS network across the Philippines, the branches will act as both retail and service channels, offering Bosch Mobility Aftermarket products and Bosch Car Service expertise along with workshop equipment.

ACMobility will receive comprehensive technical, commercial, and product training to ensure that BCS frontliners meet established standards. This training will cover vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, electrical systems, suspension, fuel systems, ignition, brakes, cooling systems, and future technologies like EV systems.
Additionally, adherence to Bosch Car Service standards will include following Bosch's marketing and promotion guidelines and exercising intellectual property safeguards in compliance with Bosch's requirements.
