Purchasing online
These Terms and Conditions apply where you purchase products from this Platform.
Usernames and Passwords
A username and password may either be (i) determined and issued to you by Bosch, or (ii) provided by you and accepted by Bosch at Bosch’s sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Your account on the Platform is linked to your existing account with Bosch.
You must not permit any other person to use your username or password (either for their own use or on your behalf).
You must notify Bosch of any unauthorised use of your account, password or any other matter which may constitute a breach of security.
You may be liable for any loss, damage or claim for any breach of security resulting from the
unauthorised use of your account or password by you or a third party.
Online Ordering
You are able to order online and purchase products securely via your account, which is linked to your existing account with Bosch. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the designated Bosch credit account and authorise your order (including taxes and freight charges) to be charged to that credit account. If the credit account cannot be verified or is not in good standing, your order may be suspended or cancelled automatically.
Placement of an order using the Platform is an offer to purchase Bosch products. Bosch may accept your order by processing your payment and organising delivery of the products to your delivery address or may, for any reason (including circumstances where Bosch has insufficient products to fulfil the order or where the products ordered have been discontinued), decline to accept your order or any part of your order.
You will be bound to purchase any products once you submit an order for processing under this Platform.
Orders once accepted cannot be cancelled or varied without Bosch's written consent.
Bosch reserves the right at any time and without notice to impose a limit on the amount of products you may purchase.
Prices
All references to $ and dollars on the Platform are to Australian currency. All prices were current at the time of publication on the Platform and are inclusive of GST.

Delivery
Delivery options and charges are those already available under your Bosch account and can be discussed with your sales representative.
Anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by Bosch to be authorised to receive the products.
If you use this Platform you warrant that all information provided in your order is accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly update such information in the My Account section if there is any change to this information.
Your conduct
You may not under any circumstances:
(a) copy, sell, resell, assign, licence, distribute, transmit, publicly display, rent, lease, lend, export, offer on a “pay-per-use” basis, publish or otherwise reproduce the Platform or any part thereof in any form by any means;
(b) adapt, modify, decompile, disassemble, localise, port and/or reverse engineer the Platform or any part thereof;

(a) contains any computer virus or other invasive or damaging code, program or macro;
(b) infringes any Third-Party Intellectual Property Rights or any other proprietary rights;
(c) is defamatory, libellous or threatening;
(d) is obscene, pornographic, indecent, counterfeited, fraudulent, stolen, harmful or otherwise illegal under the applicable law; and/or
(e) is or may be construed as offensive and/or otherwise objectionable, in our Bosch’s opinion;
(i) interfere with another user’s utilisation and enjoyment of the Platform;
(j) use or upload, in any way, any software or material that contains, or which you have reason to suspect that contains, viruses, damaging components, malicious code or harmful components which may impair or corrupt the Platform’s data or damage or interfere with the operation of another user’s computer system or network or the Platform;
(k) take any action or use the Platform in a manner which may adversely affect the regular operation of the Platform (including actions which excessively overload the systems); or
(l) use the Platform other than in conformance with the acceptable use policies of any connected computer networks, any applicable Internet standards and any other applicable laws, or view, listen to, download, print or use any materials from the Platform other than as allowed under applicable laws.
Any breach of the aforesaid restrictions shall result in immediate and automatic termination of all rights and licence granted hereunder. The use restrictions set out herein shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall not at any time be obliged to provide any adaptations, enhancements and/or modifications to the Platform, including any updates, patches, bug-fixes and/or upgrades to the Platform or any new versions and/or releases of the Platform which incorporate new features or functions.

Bosch reserves the right to block or suspend any user of its Platform, and to remove any material uploaded on the Platform by any user, without notice.
